Well maybe you're talking about students. Not real clear to me. :p :)

Thanks bjp for posting this. I am also new contractor and have to say thanks to Mike Holt for offering so much information. I have decided to go LLC since I am a one man show, but I hope in the near future I will have to hire some help. Also want to thank all of you for the advice you have given.
I welcome any and all information that you guys might be able to offer.
