Number of circuits in a box

Beside the "fill factor", is there a restrictions on the number of circuits in a two-gang outlet box. I'd like to run three separate circuits. I would split one of the duplexes and leave the other. By the way these are dedicated, none accessible outlets if it makes a difference. Thanks.

Basically these are outlets that are mounted behind Electronic equipment racks on the floor in a vehicle. They are actually mounted within the framing of the racks in the floor. After installation of the equipment they are not visible.

Hmmm...

Unless this is an RV or falls into the category of a Park Trailer, the NEC does not apply to wiring methods in vehicles.
