When running prewired parallel cables does the ground wire need to be sized per the largest ampacity that you are trying to acheive?

Also if parallel grounds are prewired within the cables do they pair up to handle larger amacities?

In order to meet 250.122, most wire manufacturers do offer MC cables with oversized equipment grounds (often special order--but available)
