Default Spot the violation(s)

We built this today despite a violation I told the owner about. He said the AHJ wont catch it.
There is 1 more violation you might not catch.

Are those 3R disconnects? They look like they are but I can't really tell.

As for the "hidden" violation, are there service and feeder conductors sharing that trough?

I can't tell if your strapping is good on the 2", if that is the vague violation you speak of.

If that gutter is not more than 6" out past the disconnects (it doesn't appear to be) there is no violation.

I agree, it looks like a 12" wireway, if the front of the disco's is more than 6" off the wall to the front no violation of article 110 exists.

See the 9" kliens. The gutter is 10" from the front of the discos. I read the owner of my company 110.26(A) (3) and he said he never heard of it so the inspector won't know.

The other violation is 366.6(A). That gutter was built by a sheet metal shop down the street.

Actually those look more like 3" toy pliers.

And how were the members supposed to see or know that?

(BTW, the sheet metal shop probably turned out an equal in quality piece of equipment as any commercialy sold NEMA 3 gutter)

I sould have put a man in the pic for perspective. This is a 1600A 3 phase service.

And how were the members supposed to guess the hidden violation?
Because you guys are all knowing.
