After reading some of the posts here regarding NEC 210.63, providing a 120V receptacle to service heating, AC and refrigeration equipment, I thought the CMP's should have applied the same logic with respect to a permanently installed standby generator. So, I looked in the NEC 2008 index and there was a reference to section 445.20 Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter Protection. Funny, but there is no section 445.20 in the 2008 NEC nor is there one or an index reference in the 2011 NEC. Was this a published errata to the Code ?

Anyway, if anyone knows if this is a requirement would you please point me in the right direction ? Thanks.
