Looking for some suggestions on type of device to use on a unique installation. Putting up electronic signage that will contain some
Cisco gear as well as some monitors. Looking for something, cost effective to give it some protection. From info I have received, this city does have some power quality issues that we would need to be aware of. Signs will be located around town. Ideal solution would be a circuit breaker with these features intigral to it, but not aware anything like that exists. Panel mounted TVSS, would be solution, but would run into space (physical) issues at many locations. Devices such as Leviton SPD outlets or Tripp-light devices could be installed in signage, but not sure of 1. reliability & 2. monitoring operation, other than seeing sign not working. All equipment in sign actually "plugs" in to outlets. Any suggestions?

Leviton offers several options for 120V circuit protection. Here are some options:

1. Receptacle with surge protection Cat# 7280-W (Audible Alarm and LED for protection status).
2. Compact parallel wired 120V module Cat# 3800 (LED for protection status).
3. Small series wired module available in 5A - 20A rated @120V Cat# 51000 Series (Audible Alarm, LED & Dry Contacts for remote monitoring).
4. Small panel mounted device that can also be placed at load, Cat# 32120-001

Other options are available for 120/208V, but these would be most cost effective.
