hello

im working on a single family house converted to a office. the building has a 200 amp service, the circuit panel is at least 20 feet away from where the service enters the basement.
there is a fuse disconnect between when you first enter the building. i replaced the fused disconnect with a 200 amp breaker encloser. the building has well water.
how do i ground this set up?

thank you

As required :p

Install main bonding jumper between grounded conductor and equipment ground at service disconnect. Establish grounding electrode system and bond grounding electrode conductors to either side of the main bonding jumper. If you don't know what all the preceding entails, time to read up (Article 250), then you can ask more detailed questions...

A couple of questions come to mind.
Why did you replace the fused disconnect ?
How is the structure grounded now ?

The fused disconnect (now an enclosed breaker) is the service disconnect, it is likely necessary to have it because of the distance of conductor you mentioned is between the point of entrance and the panel. This makes the conductors between the disconnect and the panel a feeder and not service conductors.

Does that help?
