I am assuming when doing a optional dwelling load calculation the electrical vehicle load gets added where the appliances are?

for example.

2000 sqft house x 3va
(2) x 1500 for the SABC
(1) x 1500 for the laundry
total>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Name plate of the Appliances

microwave @ 1200
GD @ 600
DW @ 1200
Car charging at 10,000

or the car charging gets added with the A/C & Heating part of the calculation?

I think it gets treated as nameplate @ 100% for purposes of Art. 220. My question would be if it qualifies for Art. 220.53 (75%, 4 or more).

Sorry, I just noticed that you were referring to the optional method. But I think you're right, it goes with appliances (220.82(B)(3).
