Just for the record, the #2 is XHHW-2. Does that have to be derated to 75 C?
If the equipment at terminations is rated 60° or 75° the conductor ampacity would have to match '
See 110.14(C).
A 90° conductor terminated on a 75° breaker must use it's 75° ampacity.

And the possibility of something having terminations suitable for 90C is extremely small. I have never seen it.
For this reason, when there is a persuasive reason to utilize the 90C rating of a conductor, one workaround is to transition to a larger wire using a s90C rated connection method in an appropriate enclosure and to then land that larger wire on the load.
