It's not that I exactly don't believe that UL 'pulled' the listing, it's just that I have never seen a primary source that backs up the assertion. For all I know it's just something that everybody just keeps repeating without evidence. The WP article seems to go back to that NBC Bay Area report with the dead link to the Reliance SEC filing. If anyone can dig up that filing I'd be curious what it says.
