Galvanic action?

The SWGR has a copper bus and they’re connecting the cable using Copper/Aluminum Lugs- supplied by the same vendor
Do these connections require NoAlux to prevent galvanic action?

A copper/aluminum lug can be connected directly to either type of metal.
To explain, aluminum alloy lugs (and the screws they use in them) are tin plated to prevent galvanic action.

For sure if you are RE-using old lugs that may have had their tin plating scratched off, some NoAlOx would be a good idea. Not required, just prudent.
