Level 1 vs Level 2 NFPA 110 Loads

Hello Forum,

Could you assist in clarifying Section 4.4 of NFPA 110? Is it accurate to interpret that Level 1 systems, as defined by NFPA 110, align with Article 700 loads per NEC, while Level 2 systems per NFPA 110 correspond to Article 701 loads of the NEC?

"The scopes of Articles 700 and 701 correlate well with a Level 1 EPSS and a Level 2 EPSS, respectively."

Optional stand by (702) is not considered in 110.
