Spacing of AC conduits and DC cables in a ladder tray

Working with a project where 3.5"AC conduits are placed in a ladder tray, the 3 phase wires inside that conduit is rated for 800V, similarly PV wires rated for 2000V are placed in the ladder tray. The AC and DC ladder trays are different and are not together. What will be the spacing between 2 AC conduits in the case of AC run and 2 PV wires in case of DC run in this ladder tray. Also please point out to code references if there are any. Thanks
