Stub up in footings

Has anyone stubbed up through a building footing or building column footing. On a project where they are allowing it. I've always been told to stay away from them

I agree. If the engineer approves it I wouldn't worry about it. It's not the sparkys job to decide if the conduit will result in a structural defect.

Any slab on grade will have conduits and dwv piping through the footing.

Ive brought them up through footings before.

I would avoid column footings though. Not sure if that’s a code issue.
