Hi, I would like to use a metal box for low-voltage wiring. In this place, MC wire supplies AC to other metal boxes. Is it okay to use grounding clips and #12 wire to ground the low-voltage box inside the wall to a nearby box? Thank you!

What is the "low voltage" wiring? If you're talking about using telephone/data/video cabling in a metal box, it does not need to be grounded/bonded

Nothing would prohibit such bonding.

Whether or not such items require any bonding can depend on other conditions.

Put this near a swimming pool and it needs bonded even if it is not electrical in nature.
