Grounding Rock Type Soil

Hi guys;

What techniques can i apply in grounding rock type of soil? We've installed substation at underground and it seems that all its surroundings is not good for grounding system.

generally the utility will have some standards to follow if it is utility owned. If not, your best bet is to get advice from an engineer with experience in such things.
