Looking at a job for a church that has a tubular metal carport they have a pole with 100 amp meter and main breaker panel about 3ft from carport. They want to add a circuit for a receptacle and a light. I noticed that the carport was not bonded to service what would be the best way to bond carport since its tubular with a chair lug and bolt.

I would think that mounting the receptacle and light to the frame of the car port would be adequate bonding via the EGC that will be run with the circuit.
