ground loop test and earth resistance test

Good day,
Can anyone explain the difference between these tests and how they are done?

Ground loop test is typically done with a clamp on ground tester, of course there are many stipulations on this test that has been discussed dozens of times in detail here.

Earth resistance is typically done with a 3 point fall of potential test and is much more reliable because the test proofs itself as being accurate, again discussed many times here in detail.
