Are the push on grounding clips that can be used for box bonding as required by 250.148(C) listed items?
If so, does anyone know what UL category covers them?

That is interesting as that part number is not on the list of UL listed parts under KDER.

why don't you ask them?

My guess is that it would be covered under option 7 in 250.8

250.8 Connection of Grounding and Bonding Equipment.
(A) Permitted Methods. Equipment grounding conductors,
grounding electrode conductors, and bonding jumpers shall be
connected by one or more of the following means:
(1) Listed pressure connectors
(2) Terminal bars
(3) Pressure connectors listed as grounding and bonding
equipment
(4) Exothermic welding process
(5) Machine screw-type fasteners that engage not less than
two threads or are secured with a nut
(6) Thread-forming machine screws that engage not less than
two threads in the enclosure
(7) Connections that are part of a listed assembly
(8) Other listed means

Listed assemblies can include assemblies that are field assembled. In any case, the code does not require ground screws to be listed, or terminal bars for that matter.

There is no way that I will ever see a field installed ground clip as being part of a listed assembly. It is my opinion that a the grounding clips are covered under list item 8 in 250.8.
The following is from UL.

Because components are only intended for installation in end products whose safety is evaluated by UL separately, they may be incomplete in construction or restricted in

performance capabilities. This factor precludes their safe installation by electricians or contractors in the field.
