I have a tap off of a 400 amp feeder that lands on a 200 amp fused disconnect. Based on the 400 amp upstream fuse I selected a #3 equipment ground from 250.122 for the tap. The ground lug listed on the 200 amp switch label only goes up to #4.
What options are there? I would assume this comes up frequently with taps.

Ignore it?
Use a larger lug (that's not spelled out on the label)?
Use a different disconnect?
