The cement decking around swimming pool was installed without first having an inspection by the electrical inspector. I (homeowner) observed that the wire grid was placed down and the copper wire connected to the grid and the ladder, etc. The township inspector says that the deck needs to be torn out because he cannot see that it was bonded. Is there a reliable test that can be done to demonstrate that the pool is properly bonded and grounded?
Any help short of having to tear out all the concrete, is greatly appreciated.
