Exactly. (Its in 250.24) Note some POCOs have requirements that the GEC be connected at specific spots such as the meter.

Neutral bar, but in many service panels the neutral and EGC bars are one in the same.

The general requirement is that the GEC be landed on the neutral bar, but is permitted to be landed on the equipment grounding bar where that bar is connected to the neutral bar using a wire or a bus.
