Splash park

I have not had time to look through the Code and the job is suddenly upon me. Any input on "splash parks" especially equipotental grounding ??

Will the fountains be programmed to 'dance' to the music??

The 2020 will define "splash pads" as a special type of fountain and require that the electrical installation for the splash pads comply with Parts I, II and V of Article 680.
There is no direct reference to splash pads in the 2017 code that I know of.
