I have cuople questions gnd and bond system over 1000V

1. If electric utility is grounded and its over 1000V can you choose between multigrounding neutral or single point grounding neutral or same scheme has to be used as provided by utility?

2. I have three phase conductors each with concentric neutral conductor souurounding it kind of like the attachment but three of them. When they enter the service disco their needs to be from each phase concentric neutral to bar which connects GEC and bonds service disco enclosure so would their be total of three concentric neutrals to the bar in service disco to satisfy NEC 2014 Article 250.186(A)? How is this done anyone know neutral to ground bond?

We do it every day.
is your cable one third neutral or full neutral.
if it’s full neutral you can connect them all together then hit your bar.
if they are one third neutral then each one needs to hit the bar

you HAVE to know what your cable neutral is when it’s purchased and spec’ed out.
