In my home we have 115/230V single-phase 3 wires. All receptacles outlet have 3 wires inside. In order to have 115V supply for my tv and dvd player I was then got connected on 1 hot wire and neutral. This neutral wire is connected to ground at service equipment outside of my house. But the ground wire of my refrigerator is connected to the neutral wire. Is there possible the return current of 115V supply will passes through the casing of refrigerator?

Is the ground wire connected to the neutral at the REF???? If so remove it. Connect the ground wire at the ref to the frame of the ref and run it by itself to the the neutral/ground bar at the panel.

If the ground and neutral are connected together it can be very dangerous.
