Neutral conductors that aren't connected to an overcurrent protection device can be sized at 100% of the continuous and noncontinuous load [210.19(A)(1) Ex 2 and 215.2(A)(1) Ex 2].Whats the other point of connection, a neutral bar? What determines whether it lands on NB or breakers?
