Friend of mine told me of the walmart phone service that uses the Verizon net work , they have 2 plans that get you everything needed with a cell phone - any time any where - free texting - net service an more , I believe he said he pays 39 a month for full service an you can pay monthly or pay a few months in advance,and can be paid over the net.
