Ariciprocity?

I have a current certification for low,medium and high voltage under MSHA mine safety nad health administration and i am also a Class "A" certified contractor in the state of virginia the mine electrical certification parallels nec in many ways and is very indepth as far as the examination goes and i was curious to see if there is ariciprocity between te two certifications?

I would say it could depend on the state, but from my own experience, I doubt it. In Maryland, where we work in rock quarries, we are still required to hold a Maryland Master License that as far as I could find out does not reciprocate with the MSHA certification.
