There is a company in CT call North East Testing, they do infrered testing. I thing they are out of Wallingford, But they travel all over the east coast.

By heat tracing you mean infrared testing for hot spots, or heating of pipes with heat tape/cable? I am assuming the latter, but I need some info to help.
