Hello Folks,

I live in a condo complex where the Electrical power coming to the Garages is all shared and each garage typically has only a few outlets/lamps inside. Most people run extension cords and power strips all over but id like to wire in a few receptacles through the garage which is easy enough.

My question is id like to have my receptacles protected somehow so that i don't trip the breaker and have to wait for it to be reset and disturb others. Is there a fast acting single breaker or fuse/panel that i can use for this application that's safe and effective ?

Thanks,
Pete

Sorry, but we can?t help you with this question. Forum rules do not allow us to assist persons who are not electricians with the performance of electrical installation work at their own homes. We welcome engineers (said the engineer), and engineers can certainly both contribute great things and learn great things. But we can?t help an engineer with a DIY project. So, by rule, I am closing this thread.
