Show a 1200A ATS feeding (2) 1200A panels w/ (3) sets #600. Actually thought it might be (3) sets to EACH panel but not sure that could be since it’s only a 1200A ATS.Hope pics came out ok..seemed ok to me.

Can't see any detail in the pic. Sounds like you have a 1200 amp feeder feeding both panels.

600kcm is rated 420 amps x 3 parallel runs = 1240 amps-- What about de-rating at 70% for 9 current carrying conductor's?

The diagram shows 3 sets in a 4" conduit

Ah now I can see it. It's 3 sets of 4 conductors each which is separate raceways.
