I'm involved in commissioning a medium voltage power source (4160) and looking for some insight how to go about this. Our facility is providing emergency power at 4160 to a remote bldg. 3 generators synced to provide 7.5 Mw at 4160 via 2 feeders on separate CBs, Distance is about 2000 ft. What should we megger the feeders at? And what other start up factors should I look at
