I have measured kW on each phase of my circuits in a panelboard. How do I determine the kW total on one 3 phase circuit?
Do I sum the three phases readings together? or average them?

Example:
Phase ReadingBreakerBreakerPhase Reading
A:3, B:4, C:312A:3, B:3, C:3
A: 5, B:5, C:534A:3, B:4, C:3
A:1, B:1, C:056A:3, B:4, C:3
A:1, B:1, C:178A: 5, B:5, C:5
All zero910All zero
So what would my breaker kW total be for breaker 2 for example? 9kW or 3kW?

Welcome to the forum.

That's the good thing about working with kW: they simply add.

3 x 3kW = 9 kW.
