I have several resources for residential single phase service load calculators, that you just input the data and you will get required service size. I have never had to do it or found one that will work for three phase, any suggestions? Its a pretty large property that we assume will be 1200-1600 amps three phase but really would like to know what is proper. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Use the standard calculators to total up the required VA for the service, and then figure the amps required with a simple hand calculation.

A 100A 120/240V single phase service is 24kVA
A 100A 208/120V three phase service is 36kVA. Easy.
