So have a 150A breaker feeding three 200A panels. It’s one feeder of 4 #1/0’s and #6. Two of the panels are gutter tapped and total feeder run length is 150’ Each panel have total connected load of 4,800. #1/0 good for 150A. Is this the right feeder size for this situation?

If each panel only has a load of 4,800 va or watts then 150 amp (1/0 copper) should be fine. What are you having a problem with on the install?

Sounds like a splice not a tap so no main OCPD required at each of the three panels.
