Transformer calculation secondary and primary

Sorry actually looking at this quick while I'm on a train. He says Canadian national electric code is this calculation the same for us here in the US.

Seems similar except our secondary conductors can be sized for the load if it is smaller than the transformer secondary FLA. 240.21(C)
