This is all the info. So obviously….need to know current draw of load( which is strobe panel), Then size wire and lastly disconnect. Correct?

Yes, you will need to get the load info. From there you can size the wire and the overcurrent protective device. I assume the load is continuous -- if so then 125% should be added to the load fiven.
