chiller compressor motors

hello to everyone! I wonder if you can tell me how a big chiller' compressor motors operate? Say it has 2 or three motor. İn the starting phase do they start all together or one by one to reach the aimed temperature.Can you give me some detail pls..

Yes, some compressors with multiple motors will start and stop individual motors. The nameplate of the chiller will provide the electrical details. The nameplate will show you how many motors, the starting current (MSC), and running load amps (RLA).

so there is no such a rule like that compressor motors start all at the beginning , maybe designs alter...
