Not sure this is the right place to post but here goes.
I use the Enervista Launchpad Software platform to access protective relay (SR489 gen. management relay, SR469 motor man rly, etc.) settings programs.
I have heard that I could add the MX350 Zenith ATS controller setup program to this platform but cannot find a way to do it. I have the MX350 software on disk but whenever I try to download it into the platform, an error msg says "not an Enervista disk." Maybe there is a way to download from web?
Does anyone know if it is possible and if so, how it is done. I have talked to GE-Multilin many times but cannot get a straight answer.
