I just did a service and per N.E.C. the high leg goes to c phase on the meter. So does that mean I change the high leg in the M.D.P also or leave it.

Welcome to the forum.

I'm not 100% sure what you are working on but I do know that it is common for the utility to land the high leg from a delta system on C phase and for us electricians to roll it over to B phase....that was not always required.....existing systems are allowed to keep phases the same as they always were.

Here the meter enclosure states hi leg to be on c phase, then we roll it to B phase like Mr. Dave,be carefull if theres multiple disconnects after the meter and if there are parallel runs.

One minor clarification which is probably a matter of semantics (unless you are using 208 equipment). If you have a "high-leg" (208 volt to ground), you have a 240/120 three phase delta system with 240 phase to phase.
You most likely already know that and I don't want to be insulting.
Your header "120 208 with high leg could be a bit deceiving to those accustomed to a 208/120 wye system which has no high leg.
