Hi, using decor dimmers made for LED lights, I adjusted the small dial on the dimmer so the LED recessed lights don't flicker (like the dimmer instructions said) but the customer said one day when it was storming, they started blinking again. They turned them off. Then later turned them back on and the haven't blinked again. Will a storm do this? Or do I need to back off the small dial on the dimmer more? Thanks
