UL Listings & Types of Cable

If a product is UL listed for use with MC cable, would that include other types, such as MC-PCS, or would MC-PCS be considered a different type of cable, like HCF, and would therefore mean that the UL report would have to explicitly state that a part is approved for use with MC-PCS?

Can't say I did exhaustive research, but in what I did do, I could not find anything indicating fittings must be specifically listed and identified for use with MC-PCS.

That is 100% correct at this time. Will this change?....yes, as UL will certainly use this to generate a change in UL514 to require a MCI-A type equivalent. But as of right now...standard listed fittings are acceptable.
