Do they even make an 80 amp GFCI?

Try 90A:

"Required Electrical Service
One dedicated circuit required.
240 V, 90 A, 50/60 Hz"

from a Kohler spec sheet on their 15kW steam generator.

that say NO to GFCI for steam generators.

I dont know of any GFCI breakers over 60A, tho it looks like that isnt a problem here.
