Grounding lock nut over 250v ?

over 250 volt,

For boxes rated for bonding with eccentric and concentric ko's, no grounding bushings are required...
I'm assuming standard lock nuts are acceptable.... correct?

For other enclosures and boxes not rated,when there are concentric and eccentrics a bonding jumper (grounding bushing) is required.
If all the concentric or eccentric rings are removed, is a standard lock nut to the box acceptable, or does it have to be a grounding locknut ?

IMO, yes

again, IMO, standard locknuts are acceptable.
