Sorry I missed the GFCI part. No wonder that was too easy. :slaphead:

I'm guessing nobody makes what you're after then. (it would presumably be a Q215DF). If you just need it for MWBCs there may be a handle-tie solution.

GFCI function will not work on handle tied units, current that leaves one pole must return on the load neutral of same pole or it will trip, to get multiwire GFCI you must have a unit with all monitored load wires run through a common sense coil. This applies to all makes/brands of GFCI's.

Why not just install the GFCI where needed and the AFCI at the breaker?
GFCI need not protect the branch circuit just the outlet generally.
