Existing Devices in Newly Created Exam Rooms

The project is a renovation of existing office space. The spaces are becoming exam rooms. Many outlet devices are intended to be existing to remain. New devices are being served via hospital grade wiring methods and devices. Do the existing to remain devices require new hospital grade wiring methods and devices? Or can they remain as is (MC wiring methods).

If the rooms are now exam rooms any wiring that serves the receptacles must be HCF. So any old wiring and devices must be removed and replaced.
