Trouble shoot leakage current

Having issues with poor installation practices and need to trouble shoot some leakage current problems. What is a good clamp on meter for this?

Oxymoron -- "leakage current' aka mirco or mA at most and "clamp on".


Maybe, if the leakage is gross like a dead squirrel laying across terminal in a pull box, this might work.
