Anyone have experience with these?
I have a customer he's an older guy not to tech savvy but the wife is ok with it, he has like 6 timers that he calls me to reprogram about every two months

Wouldn't it be easier to just put in cassetas and explain the app to him

Can I install these switches and name them according to the lights they control?

Can you program them all to come on and off at the same time or do you have to program each one separately?

What exactly do I need to by besides the bridge and the switches ?

I don't need dimmers do they sell just convention off cassetas?

How difficult are they to program for me I'm pretty tech savvy but if you need to start messing with opening ports on routers etc that's not my thing .any input would be appreciated thank you

I'm curious why the timers are being reprogrammed every few months. There are "astronomical" timers that correct for changing sunup/sundown, timers that include random shifts to suposedly enhance security, etc. Is there some other reason for changing the timers that can't be anticipated and needs manual updates?

I've never used Casetas in that fashion. It's usually to add remote switches wirelessly.
Only programming I've had to do is pairing them with the Pico Wireless Remote switch.
It's not hard to do that. I can't remember the exact buttons for sure, but I think it's the off arrow that you push and hold until the LED light starts blinking, indicating program mode. Then you go to the Pico remote and hold the same button until the light you are controlling flashes (turns on/off) three times.
They make one with dimmer and one with just on/off function.

I would recommend one of the following ....

A) Legrand RT-200 Astronomical Timer

https://www.legrand.us/wattstopper/wallbox-timers/timers/rt-200.aspx

B) Legrand WWRL10; like Caseta, but no hub required. Connect directly to WiFi and use the Legrand app.

Or, if they have iPhones and a newer Apple TV or an iPad that stays at home;
C) Legrand HKRL10 - Connects to an Apple home hub, control via iPhone app or Siri.
