Why? EMF reading at periscope with all breakers open.

Not sure if it was the trany. Downstream in someone else's home is where the issue may have been. The current could not follow the path back to the house because of the plastic pipe we had inserted.

but doesnt that get rid of your best GEC? too bad theres no rectifier that could let the current pass only => out

never heard tranny here in sf, we always use tx or xfmr

No because there is still more than 10' in the ground. We cut it near the meter about 30' from the house. Sure it would be better to have it all connected but... they wanted the electromagnetic field's gone
