NEC 2017 - Medical Office with exam rooms

What is the "best practice" for devices in an exam room? It is my understanding from reviewing other posts that HG receptacles are not required. This is not an anesthetizing location.
These rooms have a patient chair and I understand that receptacle is determined by the mfg.

You have it down but HG receptacle prices are not that bad now days and many healthcare facilities opt for using them everywhere.
